At cinematicposterwala, each poster is specially printed on demand as per customer orders. Because of this, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations

Since all posters are printed on demand, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges in cases such as:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Slight colour variations (please note that colours may look a bit different due to screen display differences)

Damaged or Defective Products

Your satisfaction is important to us. In the rare case that your poster is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

Once we verify the issue, we will be happy to send you a free replacement poster.

Refunds

As posters are custom printed, refunds are not available under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and support, as this helps us maintain the quality and uniqueness of our products.
